1. Open Microsoft Outlook. Note that you will have to locate it yourself, as you have chosen the location where it should be when you installed Office XP. You may want to check in your start menu by clicking on the Windows Start button, or on your Windows background called the Windows desktop.
   
2. Click on the Tools menu.
   
3. Now click on E-mail accounts….
   
4. Please verify that Add a new e-mail account is selected by clicking on it.
   
5. Click on Next.
   
6. Locate Add and click on it.
   
7. The wizard will now prompt you what type of server you would like to use. Please select POP3.
   
8. Click on Next.
   
9. In the User Information section, type your own name in the Your Name. Note this may be you full name and surname. In the E-mail Address, type your email address as supplied on you Atlantic contract for example mymail@lantic.net.
   
10. For the Server Information section, you will need to enter the following information: In Incoming mail server (POP3) please type pop3.lantic.net and in Outgoing mail server (SMTP) type mail.lantic.net so Outlook will know where to go and check for you email.
    
11. In Logon Information the User Name is the email username as supplied on your Atlantic contract. If your email address ends with an @lantic.net this will be the first part of your email address, for example if your email address is mymail@lantic.net your username will be mymail. In Password, please enter you email password supplied on your Atlantic contract.
    
12. For your own convenience, you may want to verify that Remember password is ticked.
    
13. Click on Next.
    
14. All that is left to do is to click on Finish.
